First row 500 meters, keeping it under 2:15 minutes if possible, under 2 minutes is even better. Then we would do 25 Kettle bell Swings with 20 lbs of weight. Conscious Decision

When I can't decide which one I want to do more, I try to find a way to do them both. The "toe trick" works best with hardcover books, and with simple knitting. The real skill comes with turning the pages with your feet :) Of course, my usual middle road method is knitting while listening to audiobooks, and reading a few books on the side. Of late, however, I have been reading many a "real" book, almost to the point of devouring them… much like my pre-knitting days when I could polish off

Unicycle Race Covers 500+ Miles

This is just amazing. Ride the Lobster is a unicycle race in Nova Scotia Canada that was done in 5 stages covering 800km (or just about 500 miles). The winners finished in 36:17:47 which pencils out to a pace of about 4:20 per mile pace. That's crazy!! How many bike riders out there could do 500 miles at a 4:20 pace? This could provide further fuel for my dream of one day doing a complete joggling triathlon and maybe using a unicycle for the bike leg instead. At the very least, it provides s

It was a distance close to a half iron man, just with a longer swim what it just made it perfect as part of my preparation for the Olympic games once we still have 7 weeks to go and a hard solid race as that it will bring me a lot of strength in the next follow weeks. My main plan on the race was to save my energies as much as could to the run and try to do the best aerobic pace I possible could! With a very good start
